Refund policy
We offer a 2-day return policy. You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
To start a return, go to the “My Orders” section on our website or email us at ginnibyritivesh@gmail.com. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send the item back.

International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product is defective or an incorrect item or size has been delivered. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and order details so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, you can first place a return request. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the preferred product or size.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll inform you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Please note that some banks or credit card companies may take extra time to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by visiting the “My Orders” section on our website or by contacting us at ginnibyritivesh@gmail.com or +91-9599286083 (Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM).
Custom-made or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
GinnibyRitivesh reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion without prior notice. In some cases, our team may contact you to confirm details before dispatching the order.
